Delete your Whispia account

Whispia is operated by KwypeSoft SAS. You can delete your Whispia account and all associated data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Whispia and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account and confirm.
3. A 7-day grace period begins (cancel by signing back in). After 7 days your account and data are permanently deleted.

If you can’t access the app

Email support@whispia.app from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account and profile, generated stories (prompt, text, audio), sound mixes, playlists, favorites, mood history, voice clones, and any stored provider keys. Cancelling a paid subscription is separate — manage it in the Google Play Store.

What is kept, and for how long

• GDPR data-export archive: retained 30 days after deletion, then destroyed.
• An anonymised audit record (no personal data after 365 days) is kept for legal compliance.
• Purchase/fiscal records: retained per French law (10 years).
