How do I create a story?
Open Whispia and tap Create. Describe the mood, characters, or theme you have in mind, pick a length and a narration voice, then start generation. Your story is written and narrated in a minute or two, and saved to your library so you can play it again any time.
Why do I need an invitation to sign up?
Whispia is currently invitation-only, so we can welcome new listeners at a pace that keeps the experience calm and reliable for everyone. If you don’t have an invitation yet, you can join the waiting list from the home page — we’ll send your invitation by email as soon as a spot opens.
My audio won’t play offline
To listen without a connection, download a story or soundscape while you’re online first: open the item and tap the Download icon. Downloaded audio then plays from your device. If an offline track still won’t start, check that the download finished, that your device has free storage, and that Whispia is allowed to store data in your system settings. Reopening the app usually clears a stalled download.
How do I change the narration voice or language?
You can choose a narration voice each time you create a story. To change the default voice and the app language, go to Profile → Settings. Whispia is fully available in English and French — switching the language updates the interface and the voices offered for new stories.
What is Premium and what does it include?
Premium unlocks the full Whispia library and a monthly token allowance for generating AI stories, with unused tokens rolling over up to a cap. It also opens every Original — free and Premium — plus the full set of relaxation practices and Learn mode. You can see the current plans and pricing on the pricing section of the home page.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you reinstall Whispia or sign in on a new device, open Profile → Settings and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, so make sure you’re signed in with the same store account you used to subscribe. If it doesn’t restore, email support@whispia.app and we’ll sort it out.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. Prefer step-by-step instructions, or can’t reach the app? Our account deletion page walks you through every option.
How do I report a problem or send feedback?
We’d love to hear from you. Email support@whispia.app with as much detail as you can — what you expected, what happened, and your device model help us a lot. You can also use the in-app feedback option under Profile → Settings to send a note without leaving Whispia.
